Some junior high school students are labeled as “backward students” and thus producing a series of adverse consequences,which is a common problem in the current secondary school teaching.This issue is both sensitive and important,both as educators,educational researchers,as the parents of students,should be paid attention to it,and strive to resolve.Only on the basis of equality and mutual respect between teachers and students,education may obtain a healthy development.At the same time,teachers should pay close attention to each student's growth and success.Education workers must treat every student equally,which is not only the requirements of the national comprehensive implementation of quality education,but also the concept advocated by the students.Students of the educational philosophy that students are not passive "educated",and should become the true sense of the master of learning,learning partners and self-learning achievements of the assessment.To achieve the positioning and transforming students' Role under the concept of student based education,is the education to further promote must correctly deal with the challenges,and actively explore the way of students roles teachers should help students realize the role transformation.In this paper,the problem of the junior middle school stage "underachievers" students as the starting point,action research and action research and practice as the core concept,comprehensive use of interviews,literature,case studies and other research methods,including case study method as the main research methods.Based on the existing research results,the author makes a further study on the relevant literature of the research field of the backward students in China and abroad.Through the list of vivid and specific cases and carries on the analysis,elaborated the performance and characteristics of students,and to further explore its causes,"junior high school teacher accumulated theoretical basis for the development of the related research in action research" problem students.In addition,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of backward students,and tries to provide some reference and reference for the junior high school teachers,especially the teachers in charge to deal with the problem of backward students.
