Since the State Council promulgated the "Central One document" indicated clearly to take targeted measures to solve the issues on the new generation peasant workers. The government faced squarely at the issues on the new generation peasant workers for the first time. The issues on the new generation peasant workers gradually began to get attention to public, and began to take it seriously. Dealing with the issues on the new generation peasant workers properly have a very important practical significance for building harmonious society and building a well-off society in an all-round way. The most important issue on the new generation peasant workers is how to improve the level of theirs citizenization. Jinhua city is located in the central region of Zhejiang province. There are a lot of private enterprises in Jinhua. Huge labor demand make Jinhua become the gathered place of the new generation peasant workers. So to research the citizenization transformation of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinhua area has vital significance, and has a certain reference for promoting migrant workers citizenization transiton in other areas.This paper is divided into five chapters:the first chapter, summarize research background and significance, and the relevant dynamic research at home and abroad. Then explain the related concepts about the new generation of migrant workers. Finally, introduce the research methods, ideas and possible innovations. The second chapter, elaborate the related theory. The third chapter, based on the investigation of the new generation migrant workers citizenization characteristics in Jinhua, Revealing the current level of the new generation of migrant workers citizenization transformation. Then distinguishing their citizenization state and summarize the issues they faced in the process of citizenization transformation. The fourth chapter, with two kinds of method of economics, interpreting the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinhua area:Firstly, select the relevant indicators from individual characteristics, economic characteristics, institutional factors, social factors, system analyzing the degree of influence of factors related to the new generation of migrant workers citizenization desire. Secondly, base on economic characteristics as the starting point of analysis, in accordance with the analytic framework of " citizenization ability", from the perspective of costs and benefits, interpreting the related factors restricting the promotion of new generation of migrant workers citizenization ability. The fifth chapter, based on the above research, trying to put forward to related policy framework and ideas to promote citizenization transformation of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinhua area.The main conclusions of this paper:Firstly, the overall level of the new generation of migrant workers citizenization in Jinhua area is low, most of them in half citizenization, marginalization. Secondly, economic factors affecting the willingness of the new generation of migrant workers citizenization significantly, while the institutional factors weakening. Thirdly, low income, low employment levels lead to the new generation of migrant workers have a strong short-term citizenization ability, while the long-term resident ability insufficiency. Fourthly, although economic factors are the main reasons hindering the new generation of migrant worker citizenization transformation, but behind economic factors have the root of institutional-factors.
