The balanced development of compulsory education has made remarkable achievements and is now moving from basic balance to a new stage of quality balance in China.Focusing on the development of each school and caring for the all-round development of everyone is very significant for education.And meanwhile the New Curriculum Reform clearly states that we should be good at exploiting students' own merit and motivating them to learn independently,so as to promote the healthy and all-around development of everyone.However,there are still a certain number of students with learning difficulties in teaching practice,and if this group is neglected in school education,it will be difficult to achieve that the comprehensive improvement of the quality of education.Thus deal with the problem of students with learning difficulties is more significant.Based on the perspective of positive education,this study uses the interview method and questionnaires to investigate the current situation of students who are struggling in junior high schools in city H as the main research subjects.They were found to have academic difficulties: mainly negative learning psychology,negative emotional experiences and negative behavior;weak willpower and low self-esteem level in psychological quality;and disharmony in interpersonal relationships.The causes of students' difficulties are analyzed in terms of school education,teachers' teaching,family education and students' own causes.And strategies for the transformation are explored:schools strengthen the cultivation of students' positive personalities to promote healthy development of struggling students;teachers mobilize all favorable factors to enhance the positive emotional experiences of them;students engage in positive self-assessment to improve their psychological well-being;parents build positive families to escort the transformation of underachieving students;and reinforce the cooperation between families,schools and teachers to promote the transformation of them.
