Self-esteem is the socialization process, demonstrated by the ability of self-worth and self-evaluation accompany emotional experience, also is an important indicator of mental health. Achievement goal orientation is the perception of people engaged in the achievement task’s purpose or reason. In essence, it has cognitive, emotional and behavioral characteristics. Employment anxiety is a negative emotional experience when individual through the cognitive evaluation prediction to the threat of danger stimulation, and feels weak to deal with, showing anxiety, worries, fears. Psychologists have found that:a specific advantage achievement goal orientation plays a decisive role in individual achievements behavior. So try to research the Status and relationships of self-esteem, achievement goal orientation and employment Anxiety can master many important psychological indicators of employment, help us have more effective in mental health education and provide more effective employment guidance of upgraded college students.In the basis of the previous studies, this study discusses the present situation and mutual relationship of self-esteem, achievement goal orientation and employment Anxiety in upgraded college students. The main results of this study are as follows:Among the upgraded college students, the level of self-esteem is significantly high. Self-Esteem is significant different in gender and Source. The gender and class cadre have a highly interaction on self-esteem.Most of the upgraded college students agree with performance-approach and mastery-approach,also mastery-avoid. Mastery-approach is significant different in gende; performance-avoid is significant different in grade. The grade and subject categories have a highly interaction on performance-avoid;the grade and singleton or not have a highly interaction on mastery-avoid.The upgraded college students have a higher level of employment anxiety. Employment Anxiety is significant different in grade and singleton or not. The gender and subject categories have a highly interaction on employment anxiety.Self-Esteem is significant positive correlated with performance-approach and mastery-approach, significant negative correlated with performance-avoid. Self-Esteem is significant negative correlated with employment anxiety. Performance-avoid and Mastery-avoid are significant positive correlated with employment anxiety. Performance-approach is significant negative correlated with employment anxiety. Self-Esteem has significant negative prediction on employment anxiety. Performance-avoid and Mastery-avoid have significant positive prediction on employment anxiety. Mastery-approach has significant negative prediction on employment anxiety.Performance-avoid, Mastery-avoid and Mastery-approach have the mediate effect between self-esteem and employment anxiety.
