Interpretation is a classroom behavior with Chinese characteristics in theChinese grass-roots educational practice. Interpretation has been widely usedin many education areas and become an important branch of teaching theory.In this paper, literature review, summary of the experience and individualinterviews were used combined with the research on the practice of newcurriculum reform of course around this area. Indeed, large amount ofnecessary research materials helped it complete this paper. Work is mainlyabout the following aspects: describing the historical background anddevelopment of interpretation, introduction of the significance and value ofinterpretation, giving a new definition to interpretation, reclassification forinterpretation, and introduction of the situation and the development ofinterpretation in China and abroad. Otherwise, the list of theoreticalfoundation which interpretation should follow was shown. It has been provedthat the theory based on appropriate teaching activities will be better to meetthe curriculum requirements, reform and development. It can provide servicesfor the new curriculum reform and develop with the new curriculum reform,It can promote the new curriculum creatively development and pave the wayfor teachers to study new curriculum as soon as possible. Interpretation intheory refined the principles of the classic principles, such as classes is thepremise of quality assurance, theoretical principles---embodies the essence,generative principle---wisdom, effectiveness principles---core effect,innovative principle---lessons lifeline. The model of interpretationconstruction using the principles of new curriculum promoted the researchinto the development period.Combination of these principles with regional and provincial practiceactivities guides the interpretation. Combination of interpretation and curriculum reform can commit new curriculum concept. Teaching designprinciple innovate teaching contents and forms with multi angle, multi-level,multi latitude. To sum up, practice proves that using of principle ofinterpretation correctly can solve the teaching theory and practical problems,and it can improve teaching effect and teaching quality effectively.It hope teachers in junior high school who want to improve the ability ofinterpretation can use it as reference. Also hope it can accelerate middleschool teachers to improve their scientific research levels in new coursereform situation. Besides, I hope it can provide some new trains of thought tothe teachers on practical operation, so they can be transformed from "normalteacher" to teachers who belong to scientific research type.
