A Research On The System Of Management By Object Of Comprehensive Community Sports Clubs

Comprehensive community sports clubs is to maximize social benefits as the core value idea, comprehensive development to the quality of life of the residents to improve and personality as the core target, diversified service, events and business objectives as the embodiment of its comprehensive, professional, standardized management as the main innovation point, legal person to "make money" but not "profit seek" business policy as the main characteristics of the community nonprofit sports organization. This study used the method of literature, logical analysis, comparative analysis, interdisciplinary research method, based on the operating characteristics of comprehensive community sports clubs and the inner, outer environment, try to enterprise management theory of "management by objectives" into the club’s daily management, trying to construct the system of target management comprehensive community sports clubs in our community sports development, the club does not deviate from the service society, promote mass sports in mind, but also like a business, make good use of various resources, the use of advanced business philosophy, have to participate in market competition, self-development, provide for oneself ability to survive, to promote comprehensive community sports clubs in the healthy, sustained and stable development, realize the lifelong sports programming.Research from the evolution of enterprise management goal theory, combined with the comprehensive community sports clubs in social mission and business practice, guiding the direction of the comprehensive community sports club management goal should be to maximize social benefits pursuit. Then, the effect factors on combination of comprehensive community sports clubs in target selection, the core objective of the club is divided into social goals, economic goals, target market, development goals, four departments, five big functions and departments with the club were matched, finally and target management performance assessment and feedback program together, to build a comprehensive community sports club management goal management system. Conclusions are as follows:(1) the target management is the effective means of management comprehensive community sports clubs;(2) comprehensive community sports club management goal setting need to consider many factors;(3) refining business objectives and matching should give full consideration to the club’s own conditions;(4) evaluation scientific, accurate performance and feedback is the target management of security;(5) object management effect evaluation and feedback. Put forward the following suggestions:(1) for policy support and legal status of active;(2) balancing the public welfare and the market;(3) improve the accuracy of performance evaluation;(4) strengthening human resources;(5) promote the business innovation.
