This article designs a structured teaching plan for high school sports and health courses under the requirements of "General High School Sports and Health Standards(2017 Edition)".Based on Bruner's structuralism teaching theory,Piaget's constructivism theory,and Dewey's empirical activity theory,it uses the literature method,expert interview method,and action research method to compare the badminton module 1 of the high school physical education and health curriculum.Carry out the design of structured teaching plan.This study is two continuous studies.Research 1.First,through literature research,analyze the high school badminton teaching plan,and make a preliminary idea of ? ? the structured teaching plan of the high school sports and health curriculum badminton module 1 based on the teaching conditions and student foundation of Beijing No.35 Middle School.Then,using a purposeful sampling method,five high school physical education teachers and four college badminton teachers were selected as experts.After two rounds of interviews and investigations,the conceived teaching plan was gradually improved,and the preliminary design plan for the structured teaching of high school badminton module 1 was obtained..Study two,through two rounds of action research over a period of 10 weeks,after the cycle of "plan-action-observation-reflection-adjustment",problems were continuously discovered in teaching practice and the improvement plan was adjusted in time.During the two rounds of action research,a total of 36 teaching sessions were observed,34 general description reflection logs were written,10 problem description reflection logs,and 6 unit description reflection logs were written.Finally,a structured teaching plan for the badminton module 1 of the high school physical education and health curriculum is formed.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The general idea of ? ? the structured instructional design of the badminton module of the high school physical education and health curriculum is: when designing,it is necessary to pay attention to the structure of different levels,and there must be both vertical penetration and horizontal integration.It is necessary to consider the structuring between modules,the structuring of units within the modules,the structuring of class hours within a unit,and the structuring of teaching content within class hours.Structure is composed of multiple structures,and should not only consider a certain part of the structure.(2)Unit structured instructional design should be based on the basic characteristics and basic ideas of structured design,and the module courses should be gradually decomposed from top to bottom.First,clarify the teaching themes,nature and status of each unit,adopt a combination of large and small units to teach,and highlight the key points and difficulties of teaching.Establish unit teaching themes based on the module's teaching goals or the inherent characteristics of sports events.Ensure the integrity of unit teaching and module teaching,highlight the hierarchy,continuity and relevance between units.(3)In the design of teaching content,the design rule of "clear the main line and grasp the point of networking" is followed.Clarify the teaching goals of knowledge and skills,grasp the knowledge points contained in each motor skill,effectively integrate knowledge and skills through effective teaching strategies,transform scattered knowledge into a knowledge base,and ensure that the teaching content is logical,systematic,and Relevance.(4)When designing the teaching process,construct a framework of students' subject knowledge,stimulate students' cognitive awareness through situational teaching,and organically combine learning and practice competitions to help students automate sports skills and achieve integrated teaching of sports knowledge and skills.(5)In the teaching evaluation design,a multiple evaluation system is established,a single technical action evaluation is discarded,and the performance of students' deep learning is evaluated.(6)Obtained a structured teaching plan for Badminton Module 1 of the high school physical education and health curriculum based on Beijing No.35 Middle School's academic conditions,including 3 units and 18 lessons.
