Research On The "One Mission, Three Partners" Of Modern Swiss Apprenticeship

Swiss vocational education made a huge progress and won a great reputationamong the world while many other countries were being trapped for all kinds ofreasons.It is the modern apprenticeship that helped Swiss vocational education andwhich also becoming a study focus for many researchers worldwide.To know modern Swiss apprenticeship,people should get to know”Onemission,three partners” first,cos it is the success key.One mission refers to vocationaltraining,and three partners Federal government,state government and professionalorganizations. To accomplish the mission,these three partners need to cooperate witheach other and supervise mean well.Every partner has its own rights and duty tofollow up within the law.This paper tries to analyze the cooperation and distribution along the progress ofapprentice training and then make a comparison of the three-partnership betweenSwiss apprenticeship and Chinese secondary vocational education. Through thecomparison,people can easily list out the existing major problems of Chinesesecondary vocational education and then may find some way to fix or to betterit,which,also,is what the author attempts to achieve.The article can be divided into several parts.The first one tries to give a briefintroduction of Swiss apprenticeship with its history and current situation;the secondone introduces the three partners plus corresponding functional institutions;part threeapplies to the distribution and cooperation of these three partners through the progressof apprenticeship;and then part four analyze the partnership objectively;last but notthe least,part five attempts to offer suggestions after the comparison of thepartnership between Swiss apprenticeship and Chinese secondary vocationaleducation.
