Education Equity Under The Perspective Of Balanced Development Of Regional Basic Education Research

The elementary education has important function to improve the national quality and maintain economy development continually. Because many reasons, the education imbalanced phenomenon exists in all the country in the world. The education imbalanced phenomenon not only does not tally front the education values which everybody has equality to receive education, but also easy to cause a series of societies, the economy and the political issue. Therefore, the research of elementary education equalizing development is a valuable topic. This article selects Shenzhen Luohu area to take the object of study. This article takes correlation theories research with the Luohu area elementary education development situation to research.
