Since the reform and opening up, the private higher education of china has made better and faster development, under the promoting of the nation’s policy and trying hard jointly of other fields. At the same time, it has become the important part of the higher education system of china. While fully affirming the role of the private colleges and universities, but also realistic to see that there are some problems should not allow overlook. For example, the thought to business a school is not correct; the behavior to manage a school is not standardized; internal management system is not perfect, and so on. It is this reality of our government should strengthen the management to the private colleges and universities, lead their thought of running a school, norm their actions, promote their sustainable development, defending the social’s harmonious and stable.
