Nevertheless, our university has been the implementation of party and government leadership system, the executive powers dominant others in the university, Teachers’autonomy in the University are limited, the teachers’initiative and the level of university education are affected. As governance theory is introduced in China within the University, as an important stakeholder, Teachers’position is more important in the university.In this case, the studies of the teachers involved in the internal governance of the University are attended. How to build a model, so that teachers play their roles in the internal governance of the University, balance the power within the University, to provide guidance for teachers to participate in the university’s internal governance become a problem the higher education faced.The article is divided into six chapters, describes the research background and significance of the relevant literature, reviewed and explained the paper structure, research methods and innovation.
