Studies On The Effective Way Of The Modern Farmers’ Training

In this article, through the questionnaire survey, we found that the training is a need of modern farmers, and the current status of multimedia facilities in training institution. Analyzed from the educational technology, we found that there are some problems in the current farmer training:the traditional education pattern of mentoring has low efficiency. The application of rural network and multimedia environment has problems.The article analyzes some successful cases on training modern farmers by education technology, such as "the Rural Train Information" and remote education. They can understand by merely reading it once over, and quick to learn without going far away. The more people joined, the broader, the training quality is better.Relying on modern educational technology, the efficiency of farmer training can be improved greatly. We could take action from five aspects:In the transmission, a variety of medias should be combined, complement each other. In the organizational form, centralized training and distributed training should be coordinated. In the resources construction, the software and hardware should be paid attention to. On the teaching method, the modern educational technology and traditional teaching methods should be coordinated. by doing these to adapt the characteristics of farmers. The new way of the modern farmer training is the mobile learning. Using mobile phone, farmers can learn whenever and wherever. In order to implement the mobile learning, the resource of mobile learning should be established. The Farmers training systematic knowledge construction and farmers training service is an important link in training methods, mobile learning will become a social infrastructure.
