With higher education from elite education to mass education changes, graduate employment difficult issues have become increasingly prominent. Examine the employment status of graduate students should be concerned about their quality of employment, rather than the employment rate. The level of quality of employment for practitioners on the one hand, the performance of the current job satisfaction, on the other hand the performance of the supply and demand sides of the employability and employment expectations are matched. So now the employment of higher education graduate employment situation how? Higher Education postgraduate students for employment expectations and employability whether to match the needs of employers? Graduate employment impact What are the causes? How to effectively improve the quality of graduate employment? In order to understand these issues, this paper based on supply and demand theory of three types of questionnaire design, respectively, have been employed Master of Higher Education, higher education in the Master and the employer conducted a survey, and using SPSS19.0statistical analysis of the data through "quantitative "Employment of Higher Education has presented a comprehensive master’s employment status and employment of both the subject and the employer matching of supply and demand.Survey results show that the employment of higher education has been undertaken on the current master job satisfaction is not high, and the quality of employment is low. Higher Education postgraduate students generally feel great pressure on employment, find a satisfactory job on hold not confident attitude, but the employment of their own high expectations, but they expect to be able to get college and career guidance sector employment assistance. Matching supply and demand side, higher education postgraduate students and employability in employment expectations and the needs of employers on the big gap between supply and demand matching differences more apparent.Based on the above survey results, this paper propose the universities、graduates and the employer of the three main employment constituted a production and delivery, testing and feedback relational model, and accordingly proposed to improve the quality of graduate employment countermeasures. Only by strengthening the social responsibility of the employer, a firm employing the concept of pragmatic; training unit shift training model to improve the quality of personnel training; employment subject to actively adjust employment psychology, efforts to improve the employment strength, in order to fundamentally promote the quality of graduate employment.
