Employment is vital to people’s livelihood.With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, postgraduates employment situation is not optimistic,and whether female graduate student’s employment situation is as serious as the news media reported on, this problem is worthy of discussion. And employment situation not only contains the number of obtaining employment, should also include the quality of employment, how satisfied with the work and whether the social security is sound and so on to fully reflect the female graduate student employment condition. Employment quality,to a certain extent, reflects education quality of the female graduate student in the colleges and universities.This article mainly establishes an index system to evaluate the quality of the female graduate employment from five dimensions to compare employment quality among different years,gender and subjects of master graduate student.This thesis mainly uses literature method, questionnaire research and comparative analysis method to research the status of the female graduate student employment quality,explore female graduate employment problems of jiangxi province, analyze the factors influencing the quality of female graduate employment in jiangxi province, and proposes the corresponding countermeasures from different angles.This thesis is divided into six chapters altogether. Specific research framework and the conclusion is as follows:Chapter Ⅰ, introduction. At first, this paper puts forward the research background and the theoretical and practical significance of research and refers to a large number of literature review of study on finishing and introduces the research method and train of thought.Chapter Ⅱ, constructing theoretical basis of the female graduate student employment quality evaluation index system.This paper defines the relevant concepts of the female graduate student employment quality and makes sure the role of education on human capital under the guidance of the theory of human capital. It also compares the difference of employment quality between the male and female graduate student under the guidance of the social gender theory. This paper based on previous basis of employment quality evaluation system,uses the Delphi method to build employment quality indicators of female graduate student,giving it weight and evaluation standard.Chapter III,analysis of employment quality of the female graduate student in jiangxi province. Based on the evaluation of the second chapter to establish employment quality evaluation index system of female graduate student,the paper makes overall status analysis of quality of female graduate student employment in jiangxi province and specific analysis of various indicators and the results of the study found that men and women graduate employment quality difference is not big,but gap of employment quality between disciplines of the female graduate student is big.the later graduated students’employment quality is low.On the various indicators analysis,it found that female graduate student working enthusiasm and working enthusiasm was less than male graduate student.And job attitude of female graduate are gradually shifting and some other problems.Chapter IV, according to the research content and result of last chapter, it analyzes the factors influencing the employment quality of female graduate student. And the more important factor is respectively whether the professional counterparts, education level,the first record of formal schooling,work experience,work ability, interpersonal skills and gender factors.less important factors are learning grades, project experience and census register seat. And then the paper analyzes its reason, which main contents include employment competitiveness of the female graduate students,college employment guidance system, lacking of perfect management system of choose and employ persons of society,management method of unit needs to be strengthening etc,and a detailed analysis of these factors.Chapter V, in view of problems and reasons of the female graduate student employment quality,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to improve the quality of employment, such as improving the college career guidance system, improving the female graduate student employment competitiveness, improving human resources management mode of unit of choosing and employing persons,strengthening alliance between college and enterprise and putting the employment quality indexes into the evaluation index of the employment situation. Finally, this thesis makes the summary of research results in the conclusion part and gets implications to improve the employment quality of female graduate.Chapter Ⅵ, the research conclusion, innovation and outlook. Specify the points of the innovation and deficiencies in the study, and to outlook the further explore according to the deficiency of this study.
