After China joining in the world trade organization, economic globalization brings themobility of globalization and global configuration and promotes the development ofinternational education.In1995, the official promulgated "the interim provisions onChinese-Foreign Cooperative Education", and the Chinese-Foreign CooperativeEducation developed rapidly.For30years the Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Educationhas become an important component of China’s education cause and plays the very largerole in Chinese education, particularly in the field of higher education.Quality is thelifeline of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education and the key to guarantee thesustainable development of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education, so the study ofeducation quality management is very necessary.Many scholars from different Angleanalysis the Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education, to study how to improve thequality of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education, such as standpoint of governmentpolicy or introduction of high quality resources,but the quality of Chinese-ForeignCooperative Education in Henan province highlights many problems, such asgovernment investment is insufficient and supervision system is imperfect and so on. Sothe research of quality education of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education in Henanprovince not only promote Henan province’s economy and education development,butalso improve the social status of Henan province.In addition, the practical ofChinese-Foreign Cooperative Education must be combined with the actual situation ofChina’s colleges or universities to explore feasible ways. In the paper,from four aspectsincluding the government, school, society and foreign the close links between themanagement and quality,the successful experience of cooperation between Zhongyuan university of technology and the university of Manchester in textile engineering programprovides reference of countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the qualitymanagement of the Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education in Henan province.
