National medium and long-term plan for education reform and development made clear that wewill deepen reform of the education system, set up the comprehensive development of ideas, allsuccessful ideas, diverse talent concept,geared to the needs of all students, achieve all-rounddevelopment, to explore a variety of cultivating mode, pay attention to their aptitude;Reform of theeducation quality evaluation and talent evaluation system, set up scientific, diverse evaluationstandard. But in current teaching is still the phenomenon of the existence of large area uniformity,requests the student to get going in a unified standards, ignore students’ individual differences; In theaspect of teaching evaluation, too much emphasis on the function of the screening and selection,single evaluation criterion, single evaluation content, single evaluation form.This study based on student-centered, facing all students, pay attention to students’ individualdifferences, change the evaluation too much emphasis on the function of the screening and selection,pay attention to students’ learning process. This study is in reference to previous stratified teaching, onthe basis of research and evaluation research, combine both effectively applied to the classroomteaching in junior middle school information technology, the purpose is to promote the students’information technology knowledge, operation skills and improve information literacy.This research mainly adopts literature research, education method, education experimentalmethod, statistical analysis method, through the concrete teaching activities to verify the effectivenessof the hierarchical teaching strategy based on process evaluation. This research uses the specificteaching strategies are:1. The hierarchical teaching strategy: Differential teaching strategy and avariety of teaching methods combination of teaching strategies;2. Process evaluation strategy:Thestrategy of combination of learning effect evaluation and classroom performance evaluation, Thestrategy of combination of the self-assessment and evaluation of each other, File cover evaluationstrategy, Scale evaluation strategy.In this study, the author work mainly include:1. The check and analysis of hierarchical teachingprocess and evaluation at home and abroad related research materials, understand the relevanttheoretical basis and operation practice;2. Prepare the measurement tools, mainly including measuring tool, the stage before after test tools, measuring tools, process evaluation scale;(3) to carryout the teaching experiment, this study selected Gangchengqu in Laiwu city of a rural junior highschool the first grade two classes as experimental object, through a pretest, determine the experimentalclasses and that in comparative classes, for layered experimental classes at the same time, the regularteaching in that in comparative classes in information technology, in experimental classes to carry outthe stratified teaching information technology based on process evaluation, Teaching for two classesafter the test, after the experimental classes and that in comparative classes of students’ academic leveltest scores and learning attitude of data, to get the experimental classes of the test data and that incomparative classes before the test data comparison, the experimental classes of the test data and thatin comparative classes after the test data comparison, at the same time, the experimental classmeasurement data before and after experimental classes of the test data comparison, the conclusion;4.Summarize in the information technology course teaching, layered teaching strategy based on processevaluation on the effect of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning and to the whole teaching process.Through the experiment research results can be seen, layered teaching based on processevaluation is one of the effective ways to improve all students’ grades; Can effectively activeclassroom learning atmosphere, improving students’ enthusiasm to participate in class; Help tocultivate students’ autonomous learning ability, find problems and problem solving skills, teamcooperation ability and the ability of creative thinking; Can help students fully correct understandingof self, look at yourself, help good character, attitude and habits.
