With the deepening of educational reform and the comprehensive promotion of quality-oriented education,education should be geared to all students to meet the learning needs of different students and achieve common development.The main channel to implement quality education is subject curriculum,and the main position is classroom teaching.The traditional class teaching system cannot meet the needs of students,schools and educational reform.With the renewal of educational concept and the reform of educational mode,the multi-level class teaching mode comes into being.This teaching mode recognizes the differences of students,respects their personalities,meets their needs,and takes the differences of students as a kind of teaching resource,so that each student can find the starting point suitable for his/her own development.Through targeted teaching,all students can be promoted and developed on the original basis.Based on the new curriculum reform as the research background,after reading a lot of layered go after class teaching mode of literature combined with the actual teaching situation,layering from students,classes,teaching target,teaching layering delamination,practice,and evaluate the five aspects,in guangzhou city middle school second day the students of grade eighty-nine as experimental object,the different layers of the experimental classes go class teaching mode,the traditional teaching mode that in comparative classes.Through a semester of physical education teaching experiment,the layered go the effect of class teaching model for junior high school physical education teaching,explore the layered go class teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,discuss the advantage of hierarchical go class teaching and its effectiveness,and layered go class teaching for junior high school physical education development to provide reference data and reference.Through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,interview method,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to teaching experiment has carried on the qualitative and quantitative research,analysis and comparison before and after the experiment that in comparative classes and experimental classes in healthy physique level,the differences between the sports skills and sports study interest,study draws the following conclusion:(1)Both the traditional teaching mode and the hierarchical class teaching mode can promote the development of students' healthy physique level,but thehierarchical class teaching mode is obviously better than the traditional teaching mode in improving students' healthy physique level.After the experiment,the body mass index(BMI),lung capacity,50 m,sit-forward flexion,standing long jump,pull-up(male),sit-up(female),800m(female)and 1000m(male)in the experimental class were significantly different from those before the experiment(P<0.05).However,the results of the control class were only significantly improved in terms of vital capacity,1000m(male)and 800m(female),and all indexes of the control class after the experiment were not as good as those of the experimental class.There were significant differences in vital capacity,50 m,sit-forward and pull-up,with P value less than 0.01.(2)There was a significant difference between the results of the experimental class using the hierarchical teaching mode and those of the control class using the traditional teaching mode,with P values less than 0.05.At the same time,the experimental class had a more significant effect on the learning,optimization and improvement of technical actions.(3)The study interest of the experimental class in physical education has been significantly improved,which is mainly reflected in the sharp decrease of the number of students who "don't like" and "don't like" physical education,and the increase of the number of students who "like" and "like" physical education.In terms of the design of teaching contents,the selection of teaching methods and the variety of practice forms,the hierarchical class teaching has grasped the psychological changes of students,stimulated their interest in learning,and enabled them to give full play to their advantages and find self-confidence in physical education.However,the study interest of the control class was not as high as that before the experiment.
