Football as the world’s first sports become an indispensable part of the peoplelife, in a high level of football competitions attract hundreds of millions of audiencecheering at the same time, more because it can strengthen physical health, improvethe cooperation and competition consciousness, control emotions and elevating thenational spirit and other physiological and social value, attracts more and more peopleare personally involved in the game. As one of the popular fitness means for people,football surely become backbone course of the ordinary university public physicaleducation curriculum in our country. But football skills, as the main part of students’learning evaluation, the evaluation index system is not formed and formulate a unified,strict rules, the ordinary university public physical education curriculum in ourcountry football skills, the establishment of evaluation index system of fragmented,and did not get good implementation, become our country ordinary university publicphysical education curriculum teaching process to improve the weak link.In this paper according to the national15public physical education in commoncolleges and universities in the football skills, the evaluation index system as theresearch object, using the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, expertinterview method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other researchmethods in public physical education in common colleges and universities in ourcountry football skills, the evaluation index system were investigated. Throughresearch, the main problems are:(1) In Chinese common college public physical education class football skillevaluation index system establishment in good condition, almost alluniversitieshave the evaluation index system of football skills, and in the process ofteaching practice of basic can carry out the corresponding evaluation indexsystemseriously.(2) Public physical education class football skill evaluation index commonlyused at the present stage of China’s university organization form on the whole is morereasonable, and to evaluate the effect of good.(3) Public physical education class football skill evaluation index system of colleges and universities in our country generally selected on a more reasonable, butthe individual parts is unreasonable. Mainly as follows: theprimary index ofuniversities and colleges in our country generally selected inthe ball, the basictactical content is not consistent with the basis for selection of theprimary index, but has a high selection rate; while the control technologyandthe technology accords with the basis for selection of primary indicators,has notreceived due attention.(4) The evaluation index system of football skills in University and college inChinaorganization form is single. In football skills assessment process, often ignorethe individual differences of students.(5) Have a specific set of criteria in Chinese common college public physicaleducation class football skill evaluation index system of performance evaluation insome universities, and to a certain extent, are special skills of students in accordancewith the standard score. But cannot score criteria established by mostuniversities ensure the preciseness, resulting in footballteaching evaluation criterionof chaos to some extent.Aiming at these problems puts forward the following countermeasures orSuggestions:(1) The relevant government departments should strengthen the teaching ofpublic sports courses in Colleges and inspection efforts. Timely feedback of teachingand evaluation process, and as far as possible to formulate a unifiedevaluation indexsystem, which the university public class football skillsevaluation ofscientific, effective and orderly.(2) The University Public Physical Education Department shouldstrengthen selfsupervision. To develop a complete, rigorous public sportsclass football skill evaluation index system, and regularly according to the actualsituation ofstudents to correct, timely adjust the unreasonable, so that the collegepublic physical education class football skills evaluation more scientific, effective.(3) A special football skills index organization form should be in line withthe "basis for selection of diversity", as far as possible to consider the individualdifferences of students, improve the objectivity of football skills assessmentandcomprehensive.(4) Football skill evaluation index should be excluded from the ball (theball)content, while adding some goalkeeper technology, make the public classfootball skill evaluation index system is more reasonable, more in line withtheactual teaching situation and special features.(5) Standard football skills should be strictly by statistical method, based on theactual test results of statistical analysis is rigorous, objective criteria, andexecute strictly in the concrete implementation process.At the same time, to make up for the teaching, based on the expert investigationand the public physical education for more than10colleges and universities in ourcountry football skills, evaluation methods, evaluation method, on the basis ofcomprehensive analysis, trying to formulate a football skills, evaluation index systemof public physical education in colleges and universities examples, in order to achievethis effect, so as to promote the healthy development of football in higher education inour country.
