Preschool teachers in early childhood education affects children’s oral English ability of oralexpression and even the development of thinking and imagination and the development ofchildren’s early intelligence play a crucial role. Preschool teachers’ oral English ability hasbecome their main factors of success of employment and development. Based on the needs of thedevelopment of early childhood education, society raises request for the teachers’ training, whichespecially focus on normal students’ teachers’ oral expression ability. However, infant normalschools don’t pay much attention to cultivating students’ oral expression ability, leading directlyto infant normal students’ oral English ability is weak.Based on this situation, this paper adopts literature method, questionnaire method andinterview method. The author analysizes basic situation of cultivating the ability for the LinYinormal school students, and makes a conclusion that the infant normal school students’ oralability training is in "trouble". This study argues that firstly students’ training target oflocalization of school is unclear, and the school puts excessive emphasis on the development ofthe arts bodies and ignores the cultivation of students’ professional teaching skills. Thus it affectsthe teachers’ oral teaching goal formulation. Secondly, teachers’ spoken language curriculumisolated alone, lack of contact and penetration. Long-termed "closed" type of teaching can’twiden the sphere of teachers’ oral learning directly leading to the result of poor students’ orallearning efficiency. Thirdly, the teaching method is lack of innovation. The traditional model ofclassroom teaching methods make students’ learning enthusiasm hit and causes a situation thatmany students want to say, but dare not say, do not want to say. Finally, old single oral trainingmaterials and the lack of curriculum resources development and utilization are the main problemthat normal student teachers’ spoken language ability can not be ignored.The purpose of this study is to find some methods of training infant normal student teachers’oral ability through the analysis of the questions above and combining with own spokenlanguage teaching practice. There are five aspects, hoping to find an effective strategy, thuseffectively to raise students’ language comprehensive quality, and to provide support for infantnormal school students’ long-term development.
