In the field of education ecology, education is a system with vitality, and continuousdevelopment and derivatives. In this system, resource has worked as a crucial factor to connectthe teachers, students and environments, and it makes these three interdependent with each other.The diversification and regeneration of resource have given the present knowledge economicsage infinite vitality, and the web-based learning resource also keeps pace with the times duringthe continuous development of educational concept and technology. How to develop anoptimized web-based learning resource has been a worth thinking problem for the educationresearchers all the time.Though The web-based learning resource of high quality has increased under the guidanceof new theory achievement, there still some shortcomings, including the the single transitivity ofeducation mode, the lack of education design in flexible education strategy, the departure inlearning activities and course content, the lack of design with abundant Collaborative interaction,and the closed construction and slow update in course content. The primary cause for theseshortcomings is that the resources has not been integrated with the interbehavior which makesthe education resource difficult follow the Share-Cobuild-Regenerate growth mechanism andresults in the missing of abundant Generative resources.Creation of generative resources can notonly change one-way transmission of information status, stimulate the enthusiasm of onlinelearning, but also extend the life cycle of online courses.So it is inevitable requirement in today’sopening resources.This study applied literature review,case analysis,combine questionnaires,interviews tocarry practical explorations.On the basis of generative learning and connectivity theory, open andgenerative ideas will be set into the design of learning resources.For "junior IT" as anexample,on the Moodle platform, through the design, development and application of theresource content, interactive tools, learning activities, incentive evaluate,providing usefulexploration for teachers in this area. The essay comes to conclusions as follows:(1) we analyzed the situation of thedevelopment for the domestic and overseas web-based learning resource by studying the relatedliteratures and the certain cases, discussed the effect of the Generative learning resources foroptimizing the web-based learning resource, and proposed the principle and strategy for thedesign of the Generative learning resources in internet environment;(2) by the development anduse of the Generative learning resources, we developed a Moodle-based design model for theGenerative learning resources, which was designed based on the content of learning strategy,learning interactive tools, learning activities and learning of evaluation. By design elasticteaching content and abundant learning activities, we realized the dynamic development andregeneration of learning resources by virtue of the elastic, mutual learning tools and effectiveincentive mechanism of Moodle, and provided the relevant the matters need attention during thedevelopment and usage for the educators;(3) we use the book named Information technologyfoundation for Junior high school as example to conduct the development for the generativelearning resources based on the Moodle, and investigated, surveyed the application effectthrough questionnaire and interviewing methods. The designed was well received, and theinformation literacy of teachers and students were improved in various degrees. In addition,teachers and students reinforced their interaction and communication between them, and realizedthe exchange and development of knowledge.
