This research includes the connotation of teachers' specialization in primary schools, the diversified develop trend of primary teachers' specialization, several elements of primary teachers' specialization. From the research of Nan'an District primary school teachers' specialization, the author tries to contribute modest forces from the analysis of the cases. Teacher specialization, or be called teachers' professional socialization, means the process of teachers' individual specialization and teacher group process of striving for teachers career's specialization status. The former is teacher individual specialization, and the latter is teacher career specialization. So, teachers' specialization is the process in teachers' career, relies on professional organizations, through lifelong professional training, acquire of professional knowledge and skills education; is the process of the implementation of professional autonomy, performance of professional ethics, gradually improve their quality of teaching, finally becomes an outstanding education professionals. Since the professional status and meaning is so important, but in our country, teachers specialization process still exists some problems. Such as teachers' professional knowledge capacity, professional ethics, professional training and professional development. These problems make us still exist a certain gap with the professional growth of teachers abroad. Therefore the research of our primary school teachers' specialization is necessary, urgent and arduous.Through questionnaires and individual interviews and other forms of investigation, I collect the information that in Nan' an District, there are the following issues in primary school teachers' professional growth: First, in the same region, the differences between different regions are relatively significant. In the same area but economic development is different, whether teachers look at the motive of professionalism, or the training content, and other aspects of growth, there are some differences; Second, the strategy of primary school teachers' specialization is changing. In the survey, through the analysis of " The Approach and Strategy of Specialization Growth" , "The Problems and Confusion in the process of professionalization". The approach of teachers' specialization needs to be guided. From "I need to grow" to "I want to grow" the ideological needs to be changed from "need I grow" to "I need grow" . In addition, in the introduction and development of the region, in the growth of primary and secondary school teachers specialized system, it is necessary to take into account of different regions, different age groups the professional development of teachers needs, levelly and gradient corresponding to the introduction and implementation of the promotion of professional development of primary school teachers policies and path; Third, the professional development system of primary and secondary school teachers needs to be improved. In the survey, by analysis of the several groups of data, the Board of Education has been active in the professional development of teachers and committed to the introduction , implementation and supervision. In the implementation of measures for professional growth, however, in the formation of regional professional development of teachers within the system, there is still relying on local colleges, universities, research institutions to conduct complete system of the building; Fourth, integration of primary and secondary school teachers on the growth of specialized forces. In the same region, for teachers' specialization, and the quality of teacher's academic research, for teachers in the new curriculum reform process, there are many problems in the study, of which there are some schools of the problems between the universality and commonality. We should rely on regional education and research institutions to guide the basic research of the primary schools, so that these schools in the promotion of professional development of teachers to integrate strength and complementary. Therefore, in order to solve the issues of practical primary and secondary school teachers in the professional growth, first of all we should analyze the core quality of teachers' specialization. Next on the basis of theoretical research, outline and build a framework of the primary school teaches' growth. The effective strategies and recommendations: to establish a "Community Research", that is, teachers and professional researchers cooperation (or at least cooperation between the teachers) research, the study will start teachers to provide favorable conditions and give full play to the role of teachers as schools, To truly improve the professional quality of teachers and professional autonomy, must attach great importance to the role of schools as teachers; through literature, the narrative and cases with the integration method, the teacher growth model, the mechanisms, to explore some of the laws and discussions with a view to primary school teachers in the self-growth and professional development. And draw some inspiration from the new primary school teachers to the development of professional growth, and it need to reflect on our country's current Higher Teacher Education. In short, the paper sought to theoretical significance and operators of primary school teacher's professional growth, the status quo and strategic analysis and discussion, with a view to the current teacher in the school's teacher education and in-service teacher education to provide some enlightenment and use for reference.
