Since ancient times,many countries have paid attention to teacher standard,but the research on teachers' "professional" standards is carried out in the context of teacher specialization research.The research on teachers' professional standards in our country started at the beginning of the 21 st century,but it has developed rapidly.The research results have made preliminary achievements in quantity and quality.In particular,in 2012,China formally promulgated three professional standards for kindergarten,primary and middle school teachers(trial),and put forward the basic requirements for the professional quality of qualified teachers.In this paper,the professional standards of primary and secondary school teachers are selected as the research object.This paper explores the theoretical basis and perfect strategy of teachers' professional standards.Literature research,history research,comparative research and investigation are adopted in the study.It is found that there are some problems in the current professional standards such as insufficient humanistic care with too strong instrumental rationality,insufficient reflection of the new requirements of the times,and so on.This paper puts forward strategies to perfect the current teachers' professional standards:enriching the contents of teachers' professional standards,perfecting the pre-service and post-service hierarchical structure of teachers' professional standards,ensuring the role of primary and secondary school teachers' professional standards,and so on. |
