New promulgation of the Basic Education Reform Program to primary andsecondary education has created a huge opportunity for development in2001, but alsoopened a new round of China’s basic education and modern education standardsprologue."Outline " provides new era high school education should be oriented to theimplementation of the credit system, by changing the subject content and structure,attitude and ability to focus on training students’ independent learning. To fullyimplement the " health first " guiding ideology, targeted to improve the quality ofteaching high school PE, the Ministry of Education with the actual basic educationreform, formulated and promulgated " high school physical education and health(grades7-12) curriculum standards "(2003)."New Standard" requires disciplinetarget social needs should be integrated in all aspects of quality education, schools,students and academic characteristics so clear that physical education and healthcurriculum goals stage curriculum must include sports participation, motor skills,physical health, mental health different levels of development and social adaptation infive areas, the pilot the option of teaching, encourage teachers to develop creativeand use different teaching methods, teaching democracy to play, and fully mobilizethe enthusiasm and initiative of students, focusing on the cultivation of students’study of law.Since basic education reform proposed up to now, the option to enter theimplementation phase of the teaching has been fully operational test stage, the schoolbegan to explore options caught teaching model for their school. Teaching model isbased on certain ideas and theories formulated by the organization required to followthe teaching, teaching more stable framework and procedures. Success teachingmodel developed in conjunction with the subject that reflects the extent of itscorresponding teaching ideas, teaching physical education and health classes optionis: to enable students to follow their own interests, needs and abilities to chooselearning projects, to develop good exercise habits and hobbies, and ultimatelyeducational purposes lifelong sport. Options can adopt different teaching organizational model, the key lies in how to play good teaching democracy, so thatstudents can choose according to their own reality. This paper studies the option ofteaching theory, analyzed the coastal high school teaching situation, throughquestionnaires, interviews collected teachers, students’ perceptions and views onoptions for teaching, the final completion of Marina High School Options teaching"Class Selection System " teaching mode design and implementation, and theimplementation of the teaching model was more effective evaluation, the followingconclusions:(1) Options teaching difficult than traditional teaching organization, andthe ability of teachers and school hardware requirements are higher, increasing theamount of teaching, but the students’ interest can be cultured, has great practicalsignificance.(2) electives selected projects, students should first consider the interests andneeds under the premise, in line with the school faculty and facilities, maximizingthe real possibility of teaching carried out; modular design of each item of content, is"a class system " an important foundation for teaching at different levels to meet thefull capabilities of students.(3)" Learning System" teaching organization must bedesigned with rigorous logic, elective setting is a key part of the whole process;support the development of new forms of teaching requires the use of advancedscientific and technological achievements, the network has gradually entered thecampus, become an important part of teaching organization.(4)Subject " LearningSystem" option of teaching respect and meet the students are free to choose, but tomeet the students choose should not affect the normal conduct of teaching as aprecondition; students choose susceptible to external factors, interference, easy to gettogether, but also from the global test balanced distribution throughout the grasp ofteaching resources, teaching a project or avoid "overheating" of the extremes.
