With the advancement of national education system reform, the social demand ofhighly skilled employees increases. Just in ten years, both the quantity and scale oftechnical schools have a significant breakthrough. The number of graduates of technicalschools is increasing as well. With the expansion of colleges, there’re tens of millionspeople who need to get a job. The competition of job market becomes more and morefiercely which brings great challenge to technical schools’ career education. At present,the employment education of technical schools’ student has become a hot issue of socialconcern.As an important part of secondary vocational education, technical schools unlikeboth higher vocational education also from general undergraduate education. Itsadvantages are employment opportunities. In order to enhance the advantages also giveprominence to the feature, strengthen the work of employment education in technicalschools is the most meaningful thing in nowadays.In recent years, there are many problems in technical schools’ employmenteducation such as the concept is short-sighted, the mode is backward and the level andcontent of the work is the single. For the above situation, the relevant departmentsproposed countermeasures that strengthen the students’ practical ability, improve thequality of career guidance teachers, and carry out the ideas for local services andcountermeasures pillar industries.In this paper, the author takes the current technical schools’ employment educationas the research background, studies the theory of technical schools, employmenteducation and satisfaction. The author hopes to find out the problem and propose thecountermeasures through the analysis about LD service technical school’s employmenteducation.The study mainly used literature research, questionnaire and case analysis.There’re five section in this paper. The first section presents the background andsignificance of the research on technical schools’ employment education. The second section describes the theoretical basis of the research such as the theory of technicalschools, employment education and satisfaction. The main content of the third section isthat the author takes LD service technical school for example so that to carry on thecareer education satisfaction, analysis and look for the reasons which result in lowersatisfaction. The fourth section gives the suggestions for improvement. The last partstates the conclusions and shortages of this paper.
