According to the survey on the present situation of junior high school students’ self-regulated learning ability and mathematics homework results, starting from the point of the mathematical operations, the research discusses how to improve the students’ self-regulated learning ability, and validated by experiment. This paper attempts to prove that science and maths homework design and evaluation strategy can effectively stimulate the students’ interest in learning mathematics, to enable students to improve mathematics learning level at the same time, to further improve the ability of independent learning.Now we are in a society with the knowledge updated rapidly and science and technology developed quickly.People gradually found their own schools in the knowledge and skills has been far from satisfying the requirements of society and occupation, To occupy a space for one person in this competitive society, independent learning and lifelong learning must have the capacity for sustainable development. The junior middle school stage is the key growth stages for a person from childhood to young adulthood, and also the best period in the development of self-regulated learning ability. And the appropriate math homework, in various forms, can stimulate students interest in learning mathematics in junior middle school, to enable students to use knowledge to solve problems and at the same time, it can improve the ability of independent learning. Therefore, the implementation of mathematical operation strategy of science, and also to cultivate good work habits of mathematics is a good entry point to cultivate the students ability of self-regulated learning.This paper presents the background of research and the situation of self-regulated learning ability and the mathematical operation, and also clear the main content of the research.Then, the theory related to the ability of self-regulated learning and mathematical operations, based on this,the author expounded the connotation and influence the ability of self-regulated learning and functional connotation factors of mathematics homework. It lays the root for the improvement of the ability of the self-regulated learning strategies of mathematics homework.In the third chapter, taking the form of questionnaire survey, the author inspect the true level of junior middle school students mathematics homework,the independent learning ability, and the analysis of the current situation of mathematics homework, and also the author found that the active consciousness, goal setting, planning, learning strategies and self evaluation for junior high school students in learning self-efficacy, is relatively weak, and exist from the math homework problems, and analyzed the causes of the weakness of independent learning ability from the math homework problems, which provides the practical basis for the study of mathematical operation strategies to improve junior high school students’self-regulated learning ability.Based on the analysis of the causes of the investigation result, the author proposes a mathematical operation strategies to improve junior high school students’self-regulated learning ability. The strategy contains two aspects, the first point is the design strategy of mathematical operations, including the design of forms, design content and design of multilayer diversification; the second one is the evaluation strategy of mathematics homework, including the diversification of evaluation subject, multi dimension evaluation contents, and also it describes the method using math homework evaluation rubric to evaluate operation.In the fifth chapter, the author carries through the experimental verification of the mathematical operation strategies to improve junior high school students’self-regulated learning ability, the experimental results show that, after the5months’ reform of maths homework, students of experimental class show more interest in mathematics study, also their active learning consciousness has been obviously enhanced, the ability of goal setting, the use of learning strategies, self management, self evaluation and other aspects has been improved in different degrees than that before the experiment. Students’ self-regulated learning ability is further enhanced; at the same time the implementation of operation strategy to improve the situation of polarization has been perfected, during the learning process of mathematics in junior middle school students, which improved the junior middle school students’mathematical learning achievement, but also enhanced students’ confidence to learn math greatly.In the last chapter, the author gives the summary and prospect of the whole process of the research, and expounds the research on validity and generalization problem.
