Along with the teaching reform to the deepening of the rural school, rural schools teaching cultural conflict problem increasingly prominent, in order to adapt to and further promote the smooth implementation of the teaching reform in rural schools, the classroom teaching of rural school must make the corresponding change. Man is cultural and culture affects man. Rural teacher is the enforcer of rural schools’ classroom teaching and the main body of rural schools’ teaching reform, their teaching ideas and teaching behaviors are deeply rooted in the soil of teaching culture, which is influenced and restricted by teaching culture.Teaching culture refers to the Teachers’basic identity about value system、 thinking mode and behavior norm of classroom teaching through the long-term common life and communication in certain region and a certain period. Rural teachers’ teaching culture in this dissertation refers to the classroom teaching value、 standard、behavioral habits, etc of rural teacher, which is generated under the control of the country special geographical conditions、cultural environment and value, and it is characterized by external form, including the choice of teaching content、the adoption of teaching methods、the way of teaching evaluation、the adoption of the teaching means、interaction between teachers and students, etc. This value system、 thinking mode and behavior norm restrict and model the rural teacher’ teaching activity through the way of dominant or recessive, and they have the very strong stability and become traditional between the rural teacher to be carried forward for future generations. Teaching culture is the core and key of teaching reform. The old and new teaching cultural conflict between rural teachers’ and teaching reform of advocates increasingly prominent, which becomes the obstacle of teaching reform and the new curriculum, makes the implementation of teaching reform and the new curriculum difficult to deepen, and affects success of teaching reform and new curriculum reform throughout the country. Therefore, in order to achieve the success of rural school teaching reform, it is especially important and urgent to reform the rural teachers’ teaching culture. Based on this, the rural teachers’ culture conflict problem is put on the agenda and becomes the theme of this dissertation.From the perspective of culturology, on the background of teaching reform and start form unscramble the teaching culture and teaching cultural conflict, this dissertation select a part of rural primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangxi Province as the research object and take forms of classroom observation interview、 questionnaire survey, etc, in order to field survey the current situation of rural teachers’ teaching cultural conflict, and try to make objective and precise presents rural teachers’ teaching cultural conflict appearance and adaptation in the teaching reform, aim at unscrambling the rural teachers’ teaching cultural conflict in teaching reform, and to explore the subjective and objective reasons for the conflict, and try to put forward the corresponding adjustment strategy to promote the rural teachers better adapt to the teaching reform, so as to reduce the resistance of the rural teaching reform and promote the teaching reform smoothly.
