The new courses reform in the course of " Three dimension object", knowledge andability, process and method, emotion, attitude and values. Question-asking is the importantlink of the instruction, its effectiveness influences for the whole teaching activities strongly.It has obverious effects on inspecting study condition,arousing students’ interest, trainingstrudents’ ability of though,etc.However, in view of existing situation of questioning-askingin primary and middle school, there are so many problems.In recent years effective quetioning in primary language teaching has been more andmore concerned. Through research we found that there are some problem in the effctivequetioning in primary language teaching, such as wide range, lack of pertinence, Thequestion regard the test as a guide and wrest "effective";rely on traditional teaching habitsand lack of innovation;pursuit of classroom atmosphere on one-side view and ignore thestudents’ main status;pay attention to defult and ignore creating;answer unscientificly.Thefactors of teacher,the charateristics of students,problem setting and the realationship betweenteachers and students are all the factors that affect the effective questioning.In order to realizeeffective questioning in Chinese,we should improve teachers’ professional quality,promoteteachers’ professional growth,combine instrumental and humanism,grasp the characteristicsof the subject,respect individual difference among students,understand students’ personalitycharacteristics,create a good environment of questioning,construct dialogue and equal therealationg between teachers and students.Then help the teachers to make the classroominquiry more effectively and improve the teaching practice.
