Metacognition,produced in internal provincial law philosophy thinking,belonging to self cognition and monitoring system,mainly including the individual as the learner's knowledge and task knowledge,learning strategy,and using the knowledge of three main factors,such as in the understanding and thinking about object,content and function of the activities,methods,development speed,etc.,and cognition has a bigger difference,the deep philosophical roots,dynamic cognitive process,the structure of scientific level,special evaluation method and their inside knowledge of intellectual activity,which determines the necessity and feasibility of fusion with the education.Rural primary school oral communication teaching,objectively requires combining the reality of students,pay attention to the situation of the establishment,strengthen extracurricular extension of implementation evaluation of oral communication,and the implementation of these activities will be based on students' knowledge within the intelligence and the internal emotion,internal needs,in a planned way guidance for control and regulation.Therefore,no cognition and rural elementary school oral communication teaching is the inevitable inner link,with the basis of theory research and practice fusion.Combining with the specialty,from macroscopic Angle of metacognition,in rural primary school oral communication teaching as the research object,cut into the implementation of the timeliness of the micro subject,according to the thinking of problem,to analyze and solve problems,to take the literature,field interviews,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,this paper metacognitive and related theory,oral communication teaching of primary school in metacognitive perspective,analysis of the current rural elementary school oral communication teaching subject,lack of understanding the importance of lack of authenticity,communication problems such as lack of interactivity,teachers' lack of initiative.Based on two-way interactive oral English teaching at the same time,democratic and harmonious,effective,and the evaluation of oral English teaching method,corresponding to the specific problems,and discusses concrete countermeasures and methods,the formation of strong pertinence and maneuverability's point of view.I.e.,the more accurate positioning,optimize the teaching goal of oral English teaching;Maximize the choose standard oral communication path,optimize the teaching strategy;Effectively optimize the teaching evaluation,and promote the students development.
