Since1990s, both the advancements of science and technology andchanges in social life bring a new challenge to basic education reform.Traditional classroom teaching already cannot meet the currenteducational needs of society and development of students. As a result, thesynthetic practice activities is attracted more and more attention. Thecountries all over the word begun to carry out synthetic practice activities,and research it to promote the people’s comprehensive quality andpractical ability. Aiming at the existing problems in the implementationof integrated practical activity in China, this paper puts forward thechemical discipline content and comprehensive practice course toconsolidate to form "comprehensive practice activities based onchemistry subject", and through the investigation and teaching practiceresearch on the feasibility of design and implementation are discussed inthis paper.This paper through the literature research, reviews the origin anddevelopment of comprehensive practice activity, discuss chemical subjectand the possibility of the integration of comprehensive practical activitycourses. Then with the method of questionnaires survey in parts of themiddle school in Anhui province comprehensive practice implementationpresent situation and the main difficulties, to solve these difficulties andcombined with related theory to study and put forward the"comprehensive practice activities based on chemistry subject" thisconcept, and elaborated the characteristics of this kind of activity. Finallythe author combined with Dewey’s pragmatism education thought andconstructivism theory, multiple intelligence theory, three kinds ofeducation theory of comprehensive practice activities based on chemistrysubject design has carried on the detailed discussion, and through the"napkin quality inspection and usage survey activities" of the specificimplementation is verified.Through theory and practice research, the author argues thatdeveloping based on the theme of the integrated practice activity isconducive to the further development of chemistry discipline, help toimprove students’ comprehensive ability and easy to implement. Theauthor hopes that through this topic research can provide reference for thesuccess of the comprehensive practical activities in middle school.
