| Under the background of developing change for education information, School development faces with uncertainty and instability, If the schools want to quickly into the information environment,They must change their thought and strengthen school’s ability to adapt. Only do this, the schools can effectively to adapt to the environment of information technology and ensure the construction and development of school information. Primary and secondary school education has always been the focus of national education development. School informatization leadership is one of the national education research topics. The Ministry of Education publish a paper named "The 10-year development plan of educational informatization (2011-2020)" pointed out that:School informatization leadership needs to be further enhanced and deepened. Primary and secondary school management informatization leadership is a branch of the school information technology leadership, The study of Primary and Secondary school management informatization leadership is deeply research for the school informatization leadership. This paper attempts to analysis and put forward the corresponding promotion strategy in view of the development present situation for the management informatization leadership.We have seven parts in this paper. First is the introduction; In this part it mainly introduces to us about the research background, the purpose and the significance, the methods and the contents, the theoretical basis of the research. The second part is a summary; it is includes the concept and the connotation of the research to the school informatization leadership, it is also includes about the study’s current conditions of the informatization leadership for school management team at home and abroad. The third part is on the basis of the second part, this part further summary and refining the definition of the school informatization leadership and the informatization leadership for school management team. The fourth part analysis the factors of the informatization leadership for the school management team, it details the various evaluation elements, the aim is to lay the foundations for the further written questionnaires. The fifth part is mainly about the analysis of the questionnaire, it including preliminary descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and correlative analysis and so on, with the results of the analysis to show the present of Primary and Secondary school management informatization leadership. The sixth part is the extension of the fifth part; it is also the core part of the paper. It puts forward six points related promotion strategy such as establish life-long learning experience and personalized training model to improve the information literacy of management team; establish effective mechanism of communication, a preliminary framework for online communication platform, this can ensure the informatization management team timely, barrier-free communication with internal and external members; in order to improve the environment construction of informatization and school management assessment, we need to realize education management information and integrate school resources. The seventh part is concluding remarks; this part summarizes the thesis research conclusion and the insufficiency, in the end it looks forward the prospect for the follow-up study. |
