With the National Training Plan coming to an end,It is worth exploring which level the informationalized teaching ability(ITA)of high school teachers in Zhenyuan county has reached.what is needed for them? Dose the present ability can satisfy the teaching requirements of the country? The researcher,as a education master working in the rural areas in Zhenyuan county,made an investigation according to her own three years of education survey on the ITA of high school teachers there.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey form,complemented by interviews and classroom observation.Through the descriptive statistics of data analysis,standard analysis,variance analysis,interviews,and classroom observations,the problems and reasons of high school teachers' ITA in Zhenyuan county are discussed.Thus the corresponding solution strategies are put forward..The main content of this study include:(1)The literature review of ITA.This part adopts literature research,summarizing different views and understandings of experts and scholars to the ITA,and introducing the relevant theoretical basis.(2)The research on the definition of ITA.The researcher try to make out the structure of ITA by interpreting the standards of Primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability as well as TPACK knowledge framework.(3)The investigation of subject teachers' ITA in high schools.The questionnaire is designed mainlybased on the established “high school teachers' information technology teaching ability factors” and "ability standard" issued by the ministry of education.The researcher uses the “questionnaire star",a Internet survey tool,,to carry out the investigation.(4)High school teachers' ITA promotion strategies and Suggestions.Through the investigation and study,it is found that as for the high school teachers' ITA in Zhenyuan,the overall level is not high.The ITA varies significantly in different sex,unit seat,teaching age,educational background,professional titles among teachers.Through the investigation and study,found that the original county town high school teachers' information technology teaching ability of the main problems with the informationization teaching overall level is not high and the difference is big,Having known of the present problems and influencing factors,puts forward promotion strategies for ITA from the teachers' personal level,school level,the relevant departments level.
