Higher education in our country has gone into the phase of popularity, facing of the higher education development and present situation, education management departments put forward the comprehensive improvement of the quality of Higher Education and improving the quality of the cultivated talents. To realize the goal of cultivating talents, higher education must pay attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality. As early as in1999, the higher education of our country has taken measures to adjust the training programs and curriculum plan on the implementation of quality education, has played a positive role in training the students’ comprehensive qualities. As a highly practical course, Required Readings provides an opportunity for a comprehensive teacher professionalism and space. However, in practice, many problems still exist in the process of Required Readings influence its normal functions. For the reason that the main purpose of this study is through actual research, summary Required Readings of course status quo, analyze problems and countermeasures in the implementation process of the required readings, proposed to determine the basis of the required readings and basic processes and explore summarizes physical Normal Students determination of Required Readings.The main contents of this thesis include five aspects:first, the required reading for the course survey, Including the investigation of understanding and views on the Required Readings of normal school students, the normal students view content settings required readings survey, investigation of the present situation of reading method for normal students and the "required reading" reading instruction opinion, investigation of Required Readings opinions of normal school students, survey of teachers and students "required reading for understanding and attitudes of the status quo; second, propose solutions to the problems in its implementation of countermeasures; third, presented the basis for determining the Required Readings; fourth, presented the basic processes of Required Readings; fifth, proposed physical normal students determination of the Required Readings. Through research, the main results of this paper is as follows:1. following conclusions are obtained through investigation and analysis of physical normal students Required Reading for courses situation:(1) Teachers and students lack of understanding and attention required readings; (2) There are many problems to be solved in the process of the implementation of the Required Readings;(3) The school lack good reading environment.2. By analyzing the existing problems of normal students Required Readings Course, put forward4countermeasures:(1) Creation of an annual Required Reading universal lessons for teachers and students;(2) The teacher opened the annual conference of the development of professional Required Readings;(3) Open text introductory course for students or provide reading guide;(4).Encourage students to engage in various forms of reading activities, create a good reading environment.3. Propose a basis for determining the required readings. The implementation of the Required Reading in order to improve the professional development and the overall quality of the normal school students. Therefore, to determine the Required Reading is based on the following points:(1) Students’ interest;(2) The specific requirements of different disciplines;(3) The requirement of quality education;(4) The teacher occupation Literacy Requirements.4. To develop the Required Reading for the basic flow. Previously designated Required Reading only to the extent provided by the education authorities Book List Required Reading, such an approach lacks the necessary development process. Therefore, I refer to determine the basis of Required Reading to develop Required Reading, the basic process is as follows:(1) Identify various disciplines professional Required Reading Book List;(2) Write Required Reading Reader’s Guide.5. Determine the physical Majors in Normal University Required Reading. To determine the Required Reading reference, Education and management department under the bibliographic reference, Combination recommended by the experts of the discipline inside and outside the classic book, determine the physical Majors in Normal University Required Reading Book Directory:(1) Determination of physics class bibliography; (2) Determination of the quality of the class bibliography;(3) Determination of teacher professionalism class bibliography.
