On the background of mass education and university recruitment, the number of college graduates increases dramatically. The same time, along with market economy developing and perfecting, college students' employment environment has also changed, and university graduate employment has become one of the social hot issues. To solve the employment problem, the normal university is trying to improve students' professional quality, especially their teaching ability. The Replacement Teaching Practice is one of the most important initiatives to enhance students' employment competitiveness.This study last one year and a half, I visited ten secondary schools, Interviewed twenty teachers or leaderships, and follow the instructor in-depth to eight training schools to Investigate, stepping into trainee'daily life to observation and interviews, collected a large number of first-hand information, in order to construct elements of the employment competence, measure and analyze students'employability, in order to explore the actual influence of Replacement Teaching Practice on employability of Normal School physics students, to solve employment problem of normal colleges students,and guide the college students to improve themselves.The employability in this study refers to the ability of the graduated college physics students to successfully be employed in the primary employment process where the students smoothly change into physics teachers. The elements of employability include six parts which are cognitive ability employment, teaching ability, mastery of knowledge, personal comprehensive literacy, internal stability factor and external stability factor.The methods using in this research include: literature method, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and comparative research method. And the main contents are in the following.●Refer to the literatures domestic and abroad about the employment of college students and normal college students to understand the current situation and results of the research, analyze the nature of the relevant concepts, and explain the broad theoretical background supporting the study of practice employability of normal college students. ●For the first time, construct the Normal Graduates employment competence elements with the normal students' employment process as a main line,with the surveying and interviewing recruit unit and the graduates as a means, with the interview conclusion as the basis. And in according to these elements to composing questionnaire in order to evaluate the Normal Graduates employability.●Statistics of employment from Hebei Normal University Replacement Teaching Practice physics graduates, the study carries on comparative analysis of the employment of interns in and out of the programmer of replacement teaching practice, specifies the remarkable effect of the programmer on normal college students' employment.●According to the employment competence elements having been constructed, design the questionnaire to test the interns in and out of the programmer of replacement teaching practice twice before and after, statistically analyze the differences and changes of the employment competence of the interns in and out of the practice, ultimately conclude that replacement teaching practice could enhance the students' employment competence. Research shows that before the practice, the graduates who take the Replacement Teaching Practice and other graduates who take the Education Practice have the equal employment force(P=0.437), but after the practice both employment force has significant difference(P=0.017). And the former's employment force increased significantly(P=0.012) on the whole, especially their employment cognitive ability(P=0.009) and classroom teaching ability(P=0.002), the latter's employment force Improve not obvious. Therefore, Replacement Teaching Practice is a kind of effective way to improve normal college students' employment force, which is helpful for students to fully understand teachers' position and to improve their competitiveness in teacher-recruitment.●From the two important indexes of employment competence elements——employment cognitive ability and classroom teaching ability, the study explores reasons of the results, deeply discusses the feasibility of Replacement Teaching Practice improving students' employment forces.
