With our rapid economic development and rapid expansion knowledge,the quality of education has become the focus of the whole society.The country needs people with high culture,high quality and high ability.The quality of talent cultivation is not only a key indicator of university level,university status,and the future of university,but also an important factor that reflects the national strength,affects the development of the country and constitutes the core competitiveness of the country.The gross enrollment rate of education in 2016 has reached 40.0%.The number of college graduates reached 7.56 million,hit a new high.The employment situation is not optimistic.A large proportion of students graduate at the same time face unemployment.The rapid expansion of education has also brought some problems such as insufficient investment in education funds,lack of high quality and high level of teachers,student quality goes down and so on.College students in modern society are the objects of school management and education,is also the consumer of the education market and an independent learner.The level of education depends not only on the school's talent training goals,education teaching conditions,teachers level,curriculum design,teaching method,but also depends on the attitude of the students,degree of engagement,teacher-student interaction etc.As a special group of college students,normal university students is the prospective teacher's understudy,the ability level of normal students is directly related to the learning quality of the next generation of students,about the cultivation of the country's future talents.Physics is a natural science,rather than a tool subject,it is the way to explore the truth,based on perception,needs to go from concrete to abstract.Therefore,the logical thinking ability and spatial imagination ability of learners is necessary.Both students and physics majors have different degrees of difficulty in learning physics,it has a certain effect on the learning situation.The investigation of the professional courses of physics normal students can help teachers know the actual learning situation,clear students' personal abilities,interests and other objective realities,this is the basis of education teaching,teachers update teaching content,methods of assessment and teaching etc,for teaching in a more scientific way,effectivelyimproving students' learning ability,interest and enthusiasm in the course.The teaching management of the college is practical,effectively improve students' learning enthusiasm,improve the quality of education,send a batch of excellent physics teachers to the society.Therefore,338 students from three normal universities were surveyed and interviewed,the results are as follows:1.Students who are interested in physics are more positive in all aspects,students who are not interested in physics are more passive in learning methods and attitudes,showing that interest is the best teacher.Improving students' interest in learning is the key to teaching.2.For physics normal students,boys are more interested in physics than girls.In teaching,teachers can refer to the characteristics of girls to improve their teaching methods,such as introduce more biographies of physicists,small stories of scientific discovery etc,to improve girls' interest in physics.3.Many factors and how students interested in physics course are extremely significant relationship,such as students' mastery of knowledge,planning and implementation,prepare,review of the process of learning,take notes,the habit of doing exercises,the cause of the class time,the main impediment to the problem solving,the physical memory of the concept of formula etc.There was no significant relationship between students' skipping class,the time of studying physics and the degree of interest.4.For those who are very interested in physics,only one person is poor in knowledge due to lack of effort.58.8% of the students who have a "good" knowledge of knowledge are both interested in knowledge and hard-working.The majority of students are not below the "average" level.The majority of students who are interested in physics concentrate on the "general" level of knowledge.Students who are less interested in physics are more likely to have a "general" and "poor" degree of mastery.Students who don't like physics focus on "very poor".Learning interest has a great influence on students' learning effectiveness,even more than the impact of effort on learning outcomes.
