Discussion Of Physical Venue Operations Management And Technical Teaching Of Adaptability

Chengdu Sport University is the only independent sport Institute of the southwest region. It belonged to General Administration of Sport of China in the past, in2001, belonged to local government and it was built by General Administration of Sport of China and People’s Government of Sichuan Province. There are13teaching units(8departments,3administrative departments and2affiliated schools) and8undergraduate majors for subjects or course in physical training including Physical Education, Social Sports (direction of travel and outdoor sports), sports training and traditional sports, tourism management (sports travel direction), performances (body and Action Performance), dance, leisure sports.Good teachers and good stadiums are an essential part of building "High level of features"college.As the most important and direct teaching sites of Chengdu Sport University, stadiums directly bear the task of teaching, research, training and competition for all undergraduate students of sports which takes60%in total number of undergraduate students.so the study on the construction and management of stadiums is necessary and meaningful. Through the literature search, we know that Currently, there are a lot of studies about the construction of the college stadiums, drawbacks in the management and opening to public for serve, but the study on the adaptability of sports colleges and universities’sports management and undergraduate course teaching is very limited.Though the research on the basic area situation that our college campus covers, overall plan and sports venues management situation including The types of venues, site quantity, the average students’venue area, the relationship between the site and auxiliary of location, size, space, and height, the venue layout, stadium lighting, ventilation, acoustics, outdoors and the opening to public for serve so on, this article summarizes the status of the operation and management of the stadium in Chengdu Sport University as following:The school campus covers an area of about380acres, the overall plan is not timely adjustment,Stadium construction area is34429square meters, the average student use of area is4.6square meters. For existing technical subjects professional, venues types are basically enough but the number of professional venues are insufficient which should be supplied by outdoor venues and building renovation, venues just can meet the basic functions needs with lower standard.According "University architectural planning area indicators" and "colleges and universities school conditions indicators (Trial)",this paper summarizes the theory needs about the undergraduate teaching technical subjects to stadiums run management of Chengdu Sport University:According to the standard of current number of students (7918), campus should cover an area of1045mu102,indoor stadium area theory needs is142.2square meters; stadiums should meet the needs of20with12classes.the Conciliation is as following rthere is665mu insufficiency in land for construction which only reached36%of theoretical demand value.The existing venues in the use of area cannot fully adapt to the school teaching demand and there is a gap of venue construction area of65713.2square meters.The total number of all venues, outdoor fields is22and91pieces (sets), covering all practical teaching sports of our college at present.The layout, site size, height space basically meet the requirements of practical teaching.In addition to the insufficiency of transformed venues and auxiliary Settings, area scale between Auxiliary venues and field is a fair proportion, but settings of physical subject are insufficient.The standards of the field of lighting, ventilation, acoustic processing are low.With the Summary of Chengdu Sport University’s70years sports venues operation management experience,the author puts forward some suggestions in future management and construction sports:the gap between construction land and campus land should be paid more attention. The author suggests that if the conditions permit our college can ask for land acquisition or overall relocation and we should make the overall and long-term planning which strictly control scale the college.Under the existing conditions, we must improve undergraduate teaching and building a multi-storey venues to strengthen venues’versatility and similar projects’ popularity,in the mean while we has to consider certain reserved conditions.
