Image training in sports teaching and training practice, oneof the most widely used psychological training methods. Representation in the1980s, after training to be applied to physical education teaching and training, and mainlyin the sports movement is more complex. Through the experimental research showsthat representation training on motion technology, the cultivation of learningmotivation, motivation and psychological barriers to overcome, plays an importantrole. In sports teaching and sports training practice, make full use of the function ofhuman brain image, using the effective representation training method, has a positivesignificance on the improvement of teaching quality. Through the superficial trainingteaching and traditional teaching in wushu teaching in the teaching effect ofcomparative analysis, provides the theory basis for the wushu teaching methodimprovemBeyn tt.he methods of literature material, expert consulting method, imagetraining experiment method, observation method, etc., through to the henanuniversity80college students (control group and experimental group40) imagetraining of wushu teaching experiment, the imaginary training in wushu electivecourse teaching are studied, the application results show that:(1) the control groupand experimental group in adopt traditional teaching method, a professor at the youthboxing, its result has no significant difference;(2) control group with traditionalteaching method teaching the junior three road ChangQuan result is superior toprevious study teenagers punch;(3) in the experimental group using traditionalteaching professor young fist, and then USES the representation training method, aprofessor of primary ChangQuan three road, through the contrast experimentalwushu level has been improved significantly;(4) by means of the experimentalgroup and control group in junior three way ChangQuan master case comparison,found that although the traditional teaching method and representation trainingmethod can make the students’ wushu level was improved, but the experimentalgroup level, whether in theory or in grades and grades stay were superior to controlgroup, shows that representation training method is superior to the traditionalteaching method.In view of above situation, puts forward the following Suggestions: trainingin martial arts teaching in colleges and universities to carry out the representation, when using the representation training method, pay attention to the image definitionof the action, pay attention to choose the timing of the practice and the environment,causes the student to emotional stability, physical and mental relax, concentration,time had better not more than10minutes; Due to injury or other reasons not toparticipate in technical movement practice exercises, students can arrange theirrepresentation through watch the students practice martial arts movement, or practicethrough the memories have learn martial arts action representation; Let studentswatch the excellent wushu athletes often video game video or wushu teaching andbasic technical movements, the video can make students form the correct movementimage in your mind.
