That the contemporary education theory, the examination is an important meansof educational evaluation, double acting with an important basis and test studentsevaluation of teaching quality and the learning effect. With the development of sportsand health curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools in the countrycontinuously thorough, the new physical education curriculum reform in order toestablish the students for the development of the concept of education, physicaleducation teachers teaching requirements must be concerned about students’personality, emotion and values, learning attitude, for deepening health knowledgeand skill learning. Teaching evaluation of physical education curriculum in primaryand secondary schools of traditional views exist certain degree of ambiguity,especially primary school, is reflected in part area and school to evaluate teachingneglected and weakened the formation and diagnostic assessment, identification of therelative lack of, unconsciously to the examination education. Therefore, the method ofclassroom teaching of physical education curriculum in primary and middle schools inChina examination mode is difficult to adapt to the beginning of training goal andtraining requirements of physical education curriculum in primary school teaching inthe new period. Examination as an important indicator of quality of teachingevaluation and teacher, beginning with the new reform of physical educationcurriculum standards and the requirements of quality education has a large gap, sports classroom teaching assessment of primary school more and more diversified. Basedon the current situation of Guangzhou City, Haizhuqu District, Tianhe District, PanyuDistrict, Huadu District primary school physical classroom teaching evaluationsystem of mainstream survey, statistics, analysis of the factors affecting its drawbacksand, in order to evaluate the primary school physical education class teaching methodas the starting point, and based on this, put forward my own view, provide a referencethe value for the further study of primary school sports teaching evaluation system inGuangzhou city.This study adopts the research methods of literature, questionnaire investigation,logical analysis, based on the present status of primary school PE teaching evaluationsystem in Guangzhou city as the research object, with the help of GuangdongProvince Education Bureau five-year research opportunity and Guangzhou primaryschool PE teachers teaching and research activities, through visits, phone calls andemail form the city of Guangzhou, Haizhuqu District Tianhe District, Panyu District,Huadu District, Guangzhou City, teachers and students of Department of physicaleducation, sports managers and university education experts conducted a survey, visit.At present Guangzhou city primary school sports teaching evaluation of the scientific,effective, assessment content and the introduction of other evaluation method isfeasible for the contents of investigation. Obtained by statistics, the results of thesurvey, analysis and comparison: the content of physical education, primary school inGuangzhou city has increased, in the evaluation of classroom teaching methods andmeans, the evaluation of students with teachers, students, peer evaluation, groupevaluation more binding, is good to improve the enthusiasm of students, forming partof the sports teaching evaluation standard, has the certain evaluation standard, and theteacher evaluation more objective, teachers can adopt many kinds of teachingstrategies were combined in the classroom teaching.54.9%of the teachers think thatthe students in the classroom teaching at present should be to master the basicmovements, there are still67.6%of the surveyed teachers of the school evaluationsystem expressed dissatisfaction; in the current physical education curriculumteaching appraisal way,66.2%of the teachers that is not conducive to the students the skills to master enthusiasm and action; learning in physical education class teachingsubjects; only16.9%schools through classroom teaching ability evaluation of PEteachers, evaluation of PE teachers in7%school is not clear, is not conducive toenhance the enthusiasm of the classroom teaching of physical education teachers.Study reveals that: the content of physical education in primary school inGuangzhou city has increased, and the means of evaluation of classroom teachingmethods, student evaluation methods are teachers, students, peer evaluation, groupevaluation more binding, teachers can adopt many kinds of teaching strategies werecombined in the classroom teaching evaluation method, but is in the selection ofcontents comparison of a single, neglecting the development, the evaluation ofcomprehensive, can not play a very good teaching evaluation incentive effect, doesnot favor the physical education teacher professional development.
