In order to study moderate intensity exercise to the influence of coping styles and state anxiety for male college students under the acute psychological stress and after the exercise intervention,if the coping styles of male college students can effectively reduce the anxiety caused by acute psychological stress. This research uses the literature material method, psychological measurement method, mathematical statistics, trier social stress test and other research methods, On the basis of relevant research results for analysing physical exercise and coping styles, state anxiety and mental stress, exploring the psychological mechanism of moderate intensity exercise to relieve acute stress state college boys state anxiety.This study selected54college boys of our yangzhou university public sports class first-year, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,every group have27people. At a moderate intensity intervention in8weeks,using the former-after measurement, In the experiment before and after8weeks with "college students’ coping styles scale" and "the state-trait anxiety questionnaire respectively test coping style and state anxiety indicators of subjects,the subjects do the trier social stress test before and after the intervention.Do the independent samples t test for the college boys of the experiment group and control group after the experiment;do the paired t test for the state anxiety of college boys in the experiment group and control group,and the state anxiety of college boys after triersocial stress test;inspecting the intermediary effect of coping styles in physical exercise influences state anxiety caused by acute psychological stress.The results show that:(1)Trier social stress testing can enchance the state anxiety level of college boys, state anxiety level exists significant differences before and after the test.(2) For8weeks, twice a week, every time of45min of moderate intensity exercise has positive influence to coping style,there is significant difference when using avoidance orientation (P=0.024<0.024) and metastasis (P=0.014<0.05), patient (P=0.023<0.023), depression (P=0.038<0.05),there is very significant difference when using orientation (P=0.004<0.004), and problem solving (P=0.009<0.01).(3) For8weeks, twice a week, every time of45min of moderate intensity exercise can reduce stress state anxiety level caused by acute psychological, state anxiety level of experimental group has very significant difference before and after exercise. (4)the mediation effect for coping styles of problem orientation dimension, emotional orientation dimension and avoidance orientation dimension in moderate intensity exercise effects state anxiety caused by acute psychological stress is significant.Through the analysis of the above research results, this study got the following conclusions:(1)the trier social stress testing can enhance thestate anxiety level of college boys.(2)There is a positive effect in for8weeks, twice a week, every time of45min of moderate intensity exercise improves coping styles and state anxiety of college boys.(3) For8weeks, twice a week, every time of45min of moderate intensity exercise can improve the state anxiet directly, can also through the way to the intervening variable indirectly improve the state anxiety. There is the best effect in the effect of moderate intensity physical activity directly intervenes state anxiety.
