With the advance of China’s education reform and the new curriculum standards, the mathematics teaching teachers attached great importance to the next colorful, but the math homework design of the pace of reform does not seem large. Expressed as designed for the contents of the homework is boring and machinery; The operations forms of design is always a single; Teachers often unified assignments in the actual operation, ignoring the differences between students, students can not get their own development. Therefore, the problems in the design of the upper elementary math homework have some practical significance.From the analysis of existing research found, specifically for upper elementary math homework design is not a lot, focused on the description of surface phenomena and front-line experience of teachers introduced, lack of theoretical basis. In this study, the main educational theory, the theory of multiple intelligences,"from learning by doing" theory as the foundation, and Yangzhou four primary schools in the form of questionnaires and interviews, in-depth access to valuable data and information, integrate theory with practice, specifically for upper elementary mathematical operations, from a wide range of perspectives to explore the upper elementary math homework design strategy.Found through the investigation of the preliminary:the problems in the design process of the upper elementary math homework performance the job content design amount of attention contempt quality, monotonous in the form of an operational design, did not reflect the dominant position of students, teachers assignments and more unified lack of hierarchy and job correcting and evaluation of the lack of humane care, lack of awareness of job design. This thesis is to design a wide range of math homework as the goal, job design, form, layout, marking and evaluation of content to play student subjectivity as a breakthrough, purpose, innovation, fun, autonomy and life the design principles for job diversification, design diversified operations, including the operations of life, application operations and operations to enable students to a variety of sensory experience:design job of cooperative work, practical work and inquiry the main form of jobs, stimulate students ’interest in learning:design different levels of operations, such as autonomous operations, different students different development; promotion of teachers’ job evaluation and diversified, lovers of learning. This is conducive to promoting the development of primary school mathematics literacy, mathematical thinking and innovative ability to improve primary and secondary students, to further promote the development of primary school teachers in mathematics research capacity, a tendency to shift the stage of basic education examination-oriented education, thus contributing to the overall development of students.
