By studying high school in Xiamen City in accordance with the implementation of thephysical education and health curriculum standards, the development status of high schoolstudents physical elements. The teachers intervene in students’ physical development by physicaleducation and health curriculum, a large recess, extra-curricular activities in order to reflect thephysical development status of high school students. Through the students understanding forphysical, sports knowledge and sports participation situation to reflect the students’ cognitivecondition for physical and willingness to participate in physical exercise. Based on these aspectspropose measures about further improve the physical condition of high school students.Conclusions are as follows:(1) The lack of students’ physical theoretical knowledgeInvestigation and analysis, the students knew very little about the basic knowledge ofsports-related, as well as the relevant content of annual physical health test. The essential sportstheoretical knowledge provide the exercise direction of the physical quality for students, it is awealth resources of students’ physical knowledge, students can recognize themselves correctly, itcan also assist teachers in doing students’ physical intervention.(2) Large recess activities and Extra-curricular activities on students physical intervention is notidea and lack of flexibilityIn general, teachers and students were more satisfied with large recess activities, but themeans of activities organization was too single, did not keep with the pace of the times, the largerecess activities were limited to a fixed activities, while the survey showed that students weremore like flexible activities. Therefore, the fixed activities is likely to lead to the students interestis not high and low mood, participation is not high, so the recess will be failure on the studentsphysical intervention effect, not the actual physical intervention expected.Investigation showed that contrary to the teachers and students in the extracurricularactivities satisfaction survey. On the one hand, because of extra-curricular activities projects wasstill traditional sports projects, no innovative activities projects to choose, there is nocomprehensive consideration the needs of students for project selection; On the other hand, evento carry out a wide range of sports activities, students’ participation was still not high, school andthe teachers did not timely feedback and understand actual participation situation. Theseproblems lead to extra-curricular activities is not ideal for students’ physical intervention.(3) Teachers do not have comprehensive intervention on students’ physical development Investigation and analysis, the student physical development intervention ways: first,physical quality exercise less than40%in a semester;secondly, the teacher intervene in studentsphysical development according to the national physical health test and physical development ofstudents intervention measures was usually adopted by the100meters,1000meters boys,800meters and ball projects; finally, physical examination’s methods followed the using methods ofthe development of physical. Teachers methods were too single to develop student physical, nocomprehensive development of student’ physical quality, assessment methods had not been ableto consider student to comprehensive development.
