The development of the new era of secondary vocational education is facing more complex forms and challenges, but also have unprecedented opportunities for development. Many factors affect the development of secondary vocational education, the teaching staff status plays the most critical role. It can be said for the secondary vocational education, a high level, high-quality, high stability of teachers is the effective guarantee of its success to its development is of great significance.A comprehensive overview of research at home and abroad for secondary education teachers, this study based on a study on the basis of domestic and foreign predecessors, the clear direction of this research, but also improve the degree of the argument of this study. Then carried out a detailed analysis of secondary vocational education school teachers with the human capital theory, incentive theory, theory of teachers’professional development and lifelong education theory-based study has laid a solid theoretical foundation. For in-depth understanding of the teaching staff of the Financial Trade School in Chengdu, the paper designed four questionnaires, but also correspond to the financial trade school in Chengdu ordinary teachers, administrators, workers, corporate human resource managers in school and after-school practice four investigative groups. Conducting a detailed investigation on the basis of a scientific analysis of the survey results through the scientific method of analysis, by careful comparison, summary to identify the problems of the financial trade school in Chengdu in the work of teaching staff, as well as the reasons for these problems, and discussed in detail. Finally, from five aspects of the problem and reasons for recommendations and countermeasures, in order to effectively strengthen the financial trade school in Chengdu teaching staff.
