Then carried out a detailed analysis of secondary vocational education school teachers with the human capital theory, incentive theory, theory of teachers’professional development and lifelong education theory-based study has laid a solid theoretical foundation. For in-depth understanding of the teaching staff of the Financial Trade School in Chengdu, the paper designed four questionnaires, but also correspond to the financial trade school in Chengdu ordinary teachers, administrators, workers, corporate human resource managers in school and after-school practice four investigative groups.
