The standard and quality of teaching staff is the quality guarantee of higher vocational education.Due to the starting of the merging and upgrading,the teaching.staff has distance from the secondary school to vocational college.How to convert the teachers in original secondary vocational into a high-quality faculty in higher vocational institutions is a key problem to be solved.The dissertation adopts document analysis,comparative analysis and statistical analysis,summarizes the higher vocational college teaching staff construction of the world,compares the secondary vocational education with the higher vocational education,analyze the teachers' status and problems in Zhalantun Vocational College,explores the feasibility methods,puts forward the measures.Supply the experience and lessons and theoretical basis for Zhalantun Vocational College and other similar colleges on teaching staff construction.According to the research,take Human resources theory as guiding principle,offer proposals:1)to strengthen ideology and organization guarantee,promote teachers establishing higher educational ideas;2)to adopt varieties ways to training teachers;3)to pay attention to train double-qualified teachers;4)to value the academic leaders and key teachers,construct rationalization academic echelon;5)to adopt effective performance appraisal method;6)to realize full-time and part-time teachers team construction.
