The goal of college mental health education is mainly realized throughoffering mental health curriculum. The operation and implementation of this curriculumplay a key role in curriculum evaluation. At present, there still exist a variety ofproblems and difficulties in the process of theory study and practice, though most ofuniversities have carried out the college mental health education widely and launchedrelated curriculum accordingly. Base on this situation, this paper has proceeded fullyand deeply research on evaluation standard and evaluation system of college mentalhealth curriculum both in theory and practice; established the evaluation standard andindex system based on the nature of curriculum、evaluation principles、mode andevaluation dimension. The writer hope it will be helpful to promote the effectiveness ofcollege mental health education curriculum and also to improve college students’psychological quality, to make this curriculum more fitting the needs of thecontemporary college students.This paper contains five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, introducing thecause of research, the objective and significance of research and current research statusboth at home and aboard, and define the key concepts of mental health education、mental health education curriculum and its evaluation standard.Chapter Two discusses the basis of establishing evaluation standard of curriculum.The content of this chapter are involved in four aspects. Firstly, it discussing the natureof curriculum, that is “humanistic quality course”, which specific performance are beingknowledgeable、instrumental and usefulness; Secondly, mainly discussing the basicprinciples being followed while establishing evaluation standard, which are objective、 scientific、developing、feasible、comprehensive、humanities、completeness andsuitability; Thirdly, it discussing the goal model of curriculum evaluation standard;lastly, in discussing the evaluation dimension of curriculum implementation, which aremainly involved in six aspects of curriculum goal、teacher quality、teaching methods、teacher-student relationship、curriculum effectiveness and etc.Chapter Three established effectiveness evaluation standard and index system, whichmainly including the evaluation system of curriculum goal、teacher quality、textbook、teaching method、teacher-student relationship and curriculum effectiveness.Chapter Four analyze and demonstrate the evaluation standards by practice. Todemonstrate the availability and suitability of this evaluation system through analyzingand discussing the information and data from investigating among students and teachersChapter Five introduces the significance of this research and the outlooks at themeantime.
