Since the1980s, Britain has always attached great importance to theprofessional training and development of the primary and secondary schoolheadteachers, and gradually formed a professional standards of primary and secondaryschool headteachers and professional training and development system. Four trainingprojects mainly in this system are the "Fast Track" Teaching Program, the NationalProfessional Qualification for Headship(NPQH), Headteacher Leadership andManagement Program(Headteacher LAMP), and Leadership Programme For ServingHeadteachers(LPSH). These various training programs for the headteachers at variousstages of training reflects the British school principal training process pay attention topersonality and ability training, the training object diversity, training courses andtraining of practical, the diversity of the channel etc The Schoolmasters training hasbeen in a leading position in the world.The principal training system from the training of administrative agencies,principals pre accreditation, entry, job training, and other sectors, and throughout thewhole career as a professional development of primary and secondary school principalsBritish start, finishing the relevant literature research aimed at more comprehensive andsystematic introduction of the British the Schoolmasters training management system. Ihope to provide a reference for the development of our primary and secondary schoolprincipals training management system.
