Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial) emphasized that change the course content is complex, difficult, old, biased, and focus on the status quo of the book knowledge contempt for practice, proposed to strengthen the close ties of the course content with students in real life and social life, and concern strengthen the students’ interest in learning. The goal of the new curriculum reform, classroom teaching is so close to the students’ lives, to cultivate and improve the ability of students to solve practical problems of life. The author teaching practice, teaching and life must be closely linked, and therefore advocate life teaching in ideological and political course in high school.The status quo, the theoretical basis of the significance of the research life teaching, and in accordance with the domestic and foreign scholars teaching the meaning of life, new understanding, and discusses the need to use life teaching in a high school in the ideological and political course, meaning, principles and followed the concept. Through practice, teaching, according to these issues put forward corresponding countermeasures, and to specify the use of life teaching how to improve the ability of students to solve practical problems of life teaching examples. Finally, the survey of the actual effect of the teaching of graduate activation, further analysis of the lack of teaching and to reflect on the teaching of life in the ideological and political course in high school.
