Complex Characteristics And Optimizing Design Of Computer Talents Cultivating System In Vocational Schools

Under the guidance of the complex system theory, this paper based on the present situation of Computer Talents Cultivating System in vocational schools, optimizes curriculum integration, culture atmosphere, the idea of teachers and students, system target, the teaching methods and evaluation system of learning, so as to develop students’system thinking. The purpose of this study is to resolve the some confusion and provide support to new ideas for vocational schools education, and meet the needs of developing occupation education which China government is vigorously promoting.With the related teaching content as the research route, this paper penetrates the complexity theory system in the actual work, and applied the system’s nonlinear, diversity, dynamism and integrity theory. In the paper, optimization of curriculum integration is in the integrity of system under the guidance of professional courses and culture course, integration of the content of moral education and discipline content; optimization of culture atmosphere is in the internal model principle, main principle as well as the student cadre system optimization; Optimization of learning evaluation emphasizes the diversity and dynamic of evaluation, the evaluation process and the ability to increase in precondition and goal under the same proportion; and optimization of teaching method is the core part of this paper, which including "the students to participate in the management of teaching","classroom dynamic generation","project under the guidance of ’lifelong learning technology’ability","computer software learning method guidance" and "computer learning systems thinking", each part is in the guidance of system complexity theory, through practice to summarize the methods of operation.
