The Practical Research On High Skilled Talents Cultivating Modes—

The core power to push the community economic development and social advance forward is the top talents.Both community developments and industrial transformations and upgrading are in great need of large quantity of high-quality talents,especially those owning advanced theory and fruitful practical experiences and high research and development capabilities.High-quality talents play a very critical role in technical innovations.But nowadays,in China,the present situation of high skilled talents cultivating couldn't meet the need of economic developments.The shortage of high skilled personnel has become a very important factor to restrain sustained and stable development of the national economy.How vocational and technical colleges find effective and efficient modes according to the requirements of the local economy to train high skilled talents becomes a vital project both in reality and in theory.This paper utilizes investigate-research method,documenting method,interviewing method,etc.to discuss the connotation of high skilled talents and new features and new requirements in the new age.Firstly,the paper introduces several related theories on cultivating high skilled talents home and abroad;secondly,this paper analyses the implementation status of some main training modes of high skilled talents;Thirdly,combining the practice of the Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College,this paper seeks out experiences and deficiencies in high skilled talents training from the view of the integration of resources among the government,enterprises and vocational and technical colleges;and finally,on the basis of these,this paper offers some ways to optimize the present high skilled talents training modes.Vocational and technical colleges should form the following construction concept: the government takes the leading function,vocational and technical colleges undertake the main tasks of teaching,enterprises guide the training directions,all the enterprises in this region take part in the project of cultivating high skilled talents deeply.By integrating high skilled talents training resources effectively,vocational and technical colleges should clarify respective functions and responsibilities,adopt practical ways,enhance promotion systems and measures,innovate evaluation ways and evaluation mediums to realize highly skilled personnel training efficiently,then finally,promote the regional economic development and social progress greatly.
