The Research On Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Network Environment About Higher Vocational Colleges Students

The rapid development of the network not only changed the human traditionalinformation transmission mode, but also changed the habit of human informationacquisition and the way of thinking. Network environment has brought many effectson ideological and political education of the higher vocational colleges. Theseeffects are both positive and negative. The adverse effect and its relevant problems,which need the earnest research and solution, to constantly improve the effect ofideological and political education.This paper makes a research on effective strategy of the current politicaleducation in higher vocational university by combining ideological and politicaleducation environment theory, internalization and externalization theory,coordination control theory, education and management theory system. At present,our society is in transform period. People face different ideas. They suffer fromemployment pressure. The evaluation systems on employees biased. These factorsmake the network ideological and political education in higher vocational universityappear a series of problems. The main problems are management model outdated,old-fashioned educational idea, old teaching content, inflexible teaching methods,inadequate teaching staff, diverse values among students, etc. Therefore, theideological and political education of high vocational college must to make adjustand reform with corresponding strategies. First of all, it is necessary to set up thecorrect ideological and political education concept. This concept includes networkenvironment idea, socialization concept and having network comprehensive quality.Secondly, we should strengthen the ideological and political education teamconstruction, actively create the era of network qualified counselor team, constantlyimprove the ideological and political teacher’s education teaching ability, and striveto cultivate inter-disciplinary network talents. Thirdly, we should optimize networkideological and political education environment. The government should increase theinvestment in higher vocational college education, strengthen the networkmanagement, optimize the campus network environment, actively develop networkeducation resources, pay great attention to the student in the network moraleducation, and improve the students’ ability to network information judgment andchoice. Fourthly, we need to innovate the thinking way, teaching contents and method of ideological and political education, grasp students’ mental characteristics,and keep pace with The Times.
