A Preliminary Study On The Childcare Problem Of Enterprise Migrant Workers And Its Policy Analysis

With China's urbanization process,the size and position of migrant workers in cities have experience dramatic changes.They have become an indispensable part of city life especially in the faster,larger city.Migrant workers are not limited to the traditionally manual labor,but with a higher education level,more eager to be involved in social life and stronger characteristics.However,to the extent of accessing the public service migrant workers often be ignored due to the limitation of the household registration system.Especially when they in the face of children's nursery problems.In this article,we describe the migrant workers in the enterprise currently nursery problem and the policy requirements,through data analysis and depth interview.After read the child care policy in Europe and Asia,this article has carried on the contrast analysis with Chinese child care policy in order to make useful suggestions.First of all,multiaccess of public child care services should be established.Government regulation,open market,strong community support,business back up,family involved all should make a contribution to solve the child care problem.Secondly,in terms of enterprise social work,the enterprise as a direct social environment when the migrant worker come to the city,enterprise social workers should take social support theory as the core,to reconstruct the migrant workers' social support networks.And linking the business enterprise inside and outside resource to solve the problem of migrant children nursery.
