Private kindergarten education is an important part of China's education system.It has the outstanding function of inheriting and innovating.It is a gas station that started the nineyear compulsory education and is a paradise for children to receive formal education.For this purpose,the Ministry of Education clearly stated that Large social capital is integrated into the private kindergarten education construction,creating a group of private kindergartens that are reliable,capable of training,and of high quality.Due to the special school-running philosophy,the conditions for running a school,and the purpose of running a school,private kindergartens have certain differences from the kindergartens of public kindergartens.In the process of running a school,they face great challenges and tests.On the one hand,the conditions for running a school depend on the financing of social entrepreneurs.The management aspect is to develop in a shareholder and partner mode.Its management characteristics should highlight the interests of shareholders.On the other hand,it must be linked organically to compulsory education to maximize education quality.Improvement can be recognized by all sectors of society.Based on these considerations,private kindergartens will face both social and educational challenges.In today's material and plentiful social life,the pace of life of the people is getting faster and faster.Many parents send their children when they are very young.Kindergartens for pre-school education,the demand for private kindergartens is also growing,especially after the country has released its second child,the fertility rate will increase again,and kindergarten students will experience a surge.However,there are also many problems,such as private kindergarten management issues,financing issues,vicious competition issues,and so on.The analysis of these issues will contribute to the further development of private kindergarten education in China,and it also has practical significance and application value.Based on this,this article attempts to take the Changsha private kindergarten as its research object,focusing on analyzing its main problems in the development process,and analyzing its future development potential in light of the actual situation.First of all,combing domestic and foreign private-education related research,as well as private kindergarten related research results,especially published in the domestic top journals,based on the basic familiar with the existing literature.Further analyze the characteristics of kindergarten education in our country,and summarize and generalize the problems for the development of kindergartens.Then analyze the problems and current situations that Hunan Province has faced in the construction and development of private kindergartens in the central region,and further analyze the provincial capital of Hunan Province.The Characteristics of the Development of Private Kindergartens in Changsha City.Based on the theoretical basis of the company's development strategy,the SWOT was used to analyze the strategic advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of the Changsha-based early childhood education,and it was concluded that the strategy that Changsha private kindergartens should adopt is a defensive development strategy.Next,a multivariate regression was used to conduct a regression analysis on the factors affecting the development of kindergartens run by citizens in Changsha,and relevant results were obtained.Finally,related policies and suggestions were put forward for the problems existing in kindergarten education in Changsha,for the reference of related departments.
